        ELO-TECH was created from over 35 years of experience of its President in refineries and chemical industry to provide maintenance consulting and technical support to improve reliability and safety of mechanical equipment such as reciprocating and centrifugal compressors, pumps, turbines, gearboxes, fans, among others.

As an accomplished Mechanical and Technical specialist, its President has experienced within the mechanical department in the oil and energy sector. Within the multiple roles its President has held at Petrobras, he has been responsible for the overall mechanical maintenance of two refineries and has been helping the mechanical departments of many other refineries. He has successfully implemented asset improvements and program standardizations, such as seal systems (API) for pump and compressors, in order to significantly increase productivity, safety, and achieve targets in a cost-effective and sustainable manner.

He has also the ability to analyze and break down complex mechanical problems to deliver interdepartmental improvements and hold a continuous improvement mindset with strong analytical and decision-making capacity.
